Our focus is on the production of complex hydraulic components. Here we rely on the productivity of our horizontal machining centers.
We manufacture these components from standard materials such as gray cast iron, steel or aluminium. Tight tolerances and complex bores are always required in the
production of valves and housings. Accordingly, we supply you with workpieces of the highest quality. Guaranteeing this quality requires specialist knowledge at the
highest level and corresponding experience. We have both to a high degree for many years.

We have a total of 5 horizontal machining centers from the machine manufacturers Matsuura and OKK.

/CNC Grinding
In some cases, certain surfaces of the hydraulic parts have to be grinded to achieve the required surface quality. We have a Blohm Jung surface grinding machine for this purpose.
/Deburring and washing
Deburring work after production is an important quality factor, especially in hydraulics. We are familiar with the difficulties and deburr your ordered milled parts optimally. All milled parts ordered from us are washed in our washing machine and then oiled to prevent corrosion.
/Quality assurance
After finishing the milled parts, we visually inspect and check them for cleanliness. All bore connections within the workpieces are illuminated and checked. Only then are the workpieces oiled and professionally packed if requested.
/Quality assurance
We have a CNC-controlled Zeiss coordinate measuring machine at our disposal. We use this to measure the milled parts produced and can guarantee you process reliability. On request, we can supply you with the ordered parts with a measurement report.
